Motion MRI  

Recently we have been sending patients for motion mri's and have obtained new and additional information from these studies.

  • An example of the benefit of the motion mri.
    This is a 50 year old female with significant back and leg symptoms. The static mri showed a 4 mm L4-5 disc bulge, whereas with flexion and extension using the motion MRI the protrusion was shown to increase to 7 mm.
